How do I register?
There are several ways to register: 
  1. You may register on line by website

Can I register for the entire conference or can I register for only one or two of the days?
There are a few options for registration and each option has a different cost:

  • You may register for one day (chose the track of interest and register for it)
  • You may register for two days ( choose the days, then choose the tracks that you are interested in and register for them
  • You may also register for the full conference which is 3 days

Please explain the registration procedure?
 Once you have registered, your name is entered onto our system. However, it is only when we receive payment that you are considered a confirmed delegate .  When payment is received we then send (via fax or email) a confirmation letter with your receipt voucher number. You must bring this confirmation letter with you to the conference as proof of payment.

Does it include lunch?
Yes / No depending on what you have registered for.  Please check the programme on our website.  However all conferences include refreshments at appropriate times throughout the day.
What do I get for my money?
Registration fees cover the cost of the conference, 2 coffee breaks, buffet lunch, and refreshments, served at appropriate times throughout the day.  You will also receive a delegate bag, certificate of attendance, Continuing Medical Education (CME) certificate (which will be posted to all delegates once the CME hours have been processed).

Does the conference price include hotel accommodation?

Where is the Congress being held?
The United Congress on Laboratory Management & Medicine will be held at Radisson Blu Hotel (Formerly known as Radisson SAS), Kuwait.
What room is the Conference in?
When you arrive at the conference venue there will be signage to direct you to the registration area. There you will receive your badge and delegate bag and you will be directed on to the appropriate conference hall.
Can I attend the exhibition free of charge?
The exhibition is free of charge.
Is there a dress code?
Wear something comfortable and appropriate for the Middle East. The weather in Kuwait during the month of April is worm and may cool at night. However, the conference rooms can be cold so bring a jacket or cardigan.

How do I get to and from the conference?
 If you are staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel where the Congress will take place then the concierge will guide you towards the conference area which will be a very short walking distance.
