All Exhibitors must approach the registration tables on Monday 26th April in order to collect their Exhibitor Badges and Bags which will include:
  • Welcome letter
  • Exhibitor Badges
  • Exhibition Floor Plan
  • Conference Schedule
  • Lunch Passes
  • Gift items
  1. All exhibitors are required to use their Exhibitor Badges
  2. Only two (2) company representatives are allowed per Stand
  3. Exhibition Stand set up will be on April 25th from 7:00pm until 10:00pm (United Laboratories is not responsible for booth materials left over night)
  4. All Stand materials must be removed on Wednesday 28th April after final lecture. Exhibition hall must be completely cleared from all exhibition materials no later than 9:00pm on Wednesday 28th April
