| All Exhibitors must approach the registration tables on Monday 26th April in order to collect their Exhibitor Badges and Bags which will include: |
- Welcome letter
- Exhibitor Badges
- Exhibition Floor Plan
- Conference Schedule
- Lunch Passes
- Gift items
|
|
- All exhibitors are required to use their Exhibitor Badges
- Only two (2) company representatives are allowed per Stand
- Exhibition Stand set up will be on April 25th from 7:00pm until 10:00pm (United Laboratories is not responsible for booth materials left over night)
- All Stand materials must be removed on Wednesday 28th April after final lecture. Exhibition hall must be completely cleared from all exhibition materials no later than 9:00pm on Wednesday 28th April
